Disposition:
Brash- Rhaenyra is the eldest daughter of a king in a very long lineage. They have held this position for over a hundred years, and come to power with a same shared trait-- "blood of the dragon" some may call. This is a blanket of a lot of traits, but mainly that Targaryens are willful and sometimes destructive. With the power they wield, coming from their ability to ride and command dragons, they do and say whatever they want. Rhaenyra is not any different. She defies her father many times, going to confront her uncle when he stole a dragon egg.

Entitled- Being a princess and the heir to the throne, some of that ability to do whatever she wants comes from the fact that she has this power. She does have her father wrapped around her finger as well. She does not believe initially that she should just wed because she is a woman. Rhaenyra takes to the streets of Kings Landing with her uncle. She winds up in a pleasure house, and while some of this was from naivety, she also did not think of the consequences this could lead to. It matters a great deal that her name could be sullied by rumors of sexual activities with her uncle. She is stubborn and even orders her father to dismiss the Hand of the King if he wants her to marry (which she does eventually agree to).

Dutiful- While she does try and smirch her duties and talk down about it, she is aware of what is expected of her. She must marry. She is a woman in a time when they simply were ordered about. Her marriage is political, but she chooses it because her husband is gay. There is a sort of freedom for her in that. She knows they can do as they like, but there is expectations that she will bear kids. There must be multiple heirs since the king before her father did not have a direct descendant. Her path is laid out in front of her no matter how much she tries to buck against it. She will be Queen, and she must do what is expected of her in some vein.

Unpredictable- She is clever and strategic though, from realizing the high points to her marriage to also only agreeing to it by deposing one of the strongest cases against her being crowned, not many people know what she is going to do. Certainly Daemon did not when he tried to stoke the flames and she turned on him, not bothered at all that she is his niece. Part of it may be entitlement, but a lot of it goes back to just how fierce, formidable, and wild a dragon is. Of course with it comes power, or at least a means to seek it. Some have deemed it a madness in House Targaryen, if it goes too far. In Rhaenyra's case it gives her an edge.

Suitability: Her nature would make it a little hard for her to accept at first. She is a princess who is meant to be Queen, but as anything she will come to accept it when she realizes the gravity of the situation. She might not be overly happy and kind of a pouty brat over being here, but she will come to figure out how she wins out in the end.

The concept of bonds is not unfamiliar to her given that she has a dragon. That part she will relate more to her. Transformations, if she has any, will be new and something she would need to process, but physical affection and pleasure is something she has just had a very thorough education on for canon point.

Condition upon arrival: Healthy. She's expecting to go be married off, so she might be a little relieved in that delay.

Abilities:
Blood of the Dragon- Rhae is a dragonrider, meaning not only does she have a bond with a dragon, but she can command it as well. Her family is from a very old place that is no longer in existence where all could do this. Not much is said about what exactly it means, but there is a bond and an awareness of the dragon that a Targaryen rides.

Impervious to Heat: Dragons cannot be killed by fire. Targaryens can be touched by it and heat in general and be fine.

Political Savy: She knows how to play the Game of Thrones. She is at the very heart of one in her time. She's cunning and knows how to acquire allies.

Inventory: Her formal clothes and Valyrian necklace that her uncle gave her
